How disappointed I was to find it was simply a regurgitation of policies and protocols most of us could have found by using the power of digital engagement nowadays.

Appreciated - I was brought in, because of my organisational audit and development expertise, to a central bank and listened to the recantations from various people across the different law enforcement and financial institutions. Amazing points made and enriched how the team looked at how validation and verification requires much further 'what if....' thinking and questioning to strengthen protocols, policies into structures and systems with the skills of people in these central to making fine words actions to benefit wider citizens
